Check out this beauty of a before and after via Design Sponge. Doesn’t it just make you want to do laundry in there? Love the idea of a table top like that over the top, and the idea of not forgetting about the under-dog misfit rooms like mud rooms, laundry rooms, and garages. Which, lets face it, most of our “laundry rooms” are in a tiny corner of our garage shoved in with a bunch of pipes and water heater shenanigans. But, I think you can totally do something like this in a part of your garage. All the more reason too actually.

I don’t know about you, but I feel so encouraged when I see an image like this! I can find all of these items (or slight variations of these items) in my closet… Or my husband’s closet.
Side note: As per above demonstration: You can be fashionable and frizzy at the same time! Now isn’t that a relief!
Hi. It’s me….Miss Circumstance. I’m using my sis’ laptop but I’m too lazy to log out then log back in as myself, so though it says it’s Miss Pomp, it’s actually me- Miss Circumstance.
So now that in the time I typed the above sentence I could have logged out then back in, I just wanted to show you this super cute room of this super cute girl via Apartment Therapy:
Most of her stuff is found at Flea markets and Goodwill’s, and I think that couch is from Urban Outfitters. Love that couch.
I don’t have stairs in my house, but if I did I would do something like this-

What I wore to work today…I’ve been completely inspired by all of the ladies in ties on Jcrew.com, and in all of the J. Crew catalogues. Side note – it only took me two tries to tie this tie. Holla!
